Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

To support a growing data team, the remote Senior Data Scientist will partner with Marketing, Growth, and Product stakeholders to enhance customer acquisition, conversion, and retention through statistical modeling and data-driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize product engagement and the customer funnel, focusing on acquisition, conversion, retention, and churn
• Build and maintain statistical models and conduct analyses for key product use cases, including A/B tests and cohort analysis
• Translate business questions into analytical projects with defined success metrics, while communicating findings to non-technical stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in Data Science, Analytics, or a related quantitative role
• Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis, statistics, and modeling
• Experience applying data science to product or growth problems, including funnel analysis and experimentation
• Solid understanding of statistical methods and experimentation design
