Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

To drive growth and efficiency across the customer lifecycle, the full-time Senior Data Scientist II will design and implement AI sub-agents and predictive models, working remotely with Product and Engineering teams to deliver impactful solutions for millions of users.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and deploy AI sub-agents that utilize predictive models and reasoning to enhance customer interactions
• Build predictive and prescriptive models addressing churn risk, growth, and account health throughout the customer lifecycle
• Develop evaluation metrics and experimentation strategies to measure the real impact of sub-agent rollouts

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience or 10+ years of experience; advanced degree in a quantitative field preferred
• Deep applied ML expertise, including traditional and deep learning methods
• Strong understanding of causal inference and lifecycle modeling techniques
• Hands-on experience with LLM- and agent-based systems in production
• Proficient in SQL and Python, with familiarity in ML frameworks and visualization tools
