Job Summary

Building a data science function from the ground up, the full-time salaried Senior Data Scientist will establish rigorous standards and infrastructure, ensuring defensible insights and outcomes in a remote or hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the evidence layer of the venture, transforming product and customer signals into actionable insights
• Set the standard for analytical rigor by defining experimental methods and statistical practices
• Build and maintain the analytics infrastructure, including instrumentation, data pipelines, and dashboards

Required qualifications

• Substantial senior-level experience as a data scientist in product environments
• Proven track record of building product analytics from scratch and managing them end to end
• Deep expertise in running product experiments with strong statistical rigor
• Graduate degree (or equivalent applied experience) in a quantitative field such as Statistics or Data Science
• Passion for leveraging AI tools to enhance data science practices
