Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

To drive advancements in caregiver support, the full-time Senior Data Scientist will design and deploy predictive models, NLP solutions, and AI tools while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy predictive models for risk stratification and behavioral engagement, overseeing the full lifecycle from feature engineering to production monitoring
• Develop NLP and LLM-powered pipelines to extract insights from unstructured data and apply speech ML techniques for real-time caregiver interactions
• Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to MLOps standards, ensuring model quality and compliance throughout the ML lifecycle

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field; Ph.D. is a plus
• 7+ years of applied data science experience with a track record of deploying predictive and NLP models in production
• Experience in healthcare, managed care, or insurance is required
• Expert-level proficiency in Python and familiarity with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Strong SQL skills and experience with MLOps practices such as model registry and drift monitoring
