Job Summary

To shape the future of people-facing and business-facing products, the full-time Senior Data Scientist will develop best practices for experimentation, apply quantitative modeling to solve complex challenges, and collaborate cross-functionally with various teams, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and communicate best practices for instrumentation and experimentation to product engineering teams
• Apply scientific rigor and statistical methods to product creation, development, and improvement
• Build and prototype analysis pipelines to provide insights at scale and advocate for necessary changes in data structures and metrics

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience analyzing data in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
• Extensive experience in quantitative approaches, including Machine Learning and Statistical Modeling
• Proficiency in machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn
• Strong skills in SQL and a scripting language like Python or R for manipulating large data sets
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
