Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time salaried Senior Data Scientist will manage end-to-end models for vendor matching, order routing, and supply chain optimization while collaborating with the data engineering team to ship models from experimentation to production.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop predictive models for vendor matching and order routing, adapting to new problem areas as priorities shift
• Quantify the impact of work with real data, contributing to the advancement of agentic AI decision logic
• Write clear technical documentation and participate in quarterly planning to align with the team's roadmap

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or Operations Research
• 4-7 years of experience in data science, preferably in an early-stage healthcare startup
• Strong technical foundation in predictive machine learning techniques and proficiency in Python and SQL
• Experience with the full software development lifecycle and version control using GitHub
• Track record of shipping machine learning models into production in collaboration with data engineering
