Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

To drive better decision-making across Product Operations and the broader business, the fully remote Senior Data Scientist will manage advanced analytics, experimentation, and business intelligence initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams to transform data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with various business teams to address high-impact questions using data and develop performance measurement frameworks
• Design and analyze A/B tests and other experiments to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency
• Develop predictive models and maintain executive dashboards, ensuring data quality and best practices in analytics engineering

Required Qualifications:

• BS in a quantitative discipline; MS or PhD highly preferred
• 6+ years of experience in Data Science, Product Analytics, or Business Analytics
• Advanced SQL and strong Python programming skills
• Deep understanding of statistics and experimental design
• Experience with modern BI tools for dashboard and report development
