Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

To support innovative healthcare solutions, the full-time Senior Data Scientist will design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI/ML solutions, focusing on predictive modeling and advanced NLP applications in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement AI/ML solutions for predictive modeling, risk stratification, and behavioral analytics
• Develop advanced NLP and conversational AI capabilities, including prompt engineering and sentiment analysis
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to establish ML pipelines and mentor junior data scientists in best practices

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in data science, particularly in predictive analytics and NLP within regulated industries
• Expertise in the entire machine learning lifecycle, including deployment and monitoring
• Advanced Python skills with experience in libraries such as pandas, NumPy, and TensorFlow
• Strong knowledge of LLMs, transformer models, and MLOps practices
• Experience with AWS services, Databricks, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
