Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

Leading advanced analytics efforts in a hybrid remote capacity, the full-time Senior Data Scientist will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop decision support tools and predictive models that enhance Department of Defense healthcare and readiness initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with customers and technical teams to define program scope, goals, and deliverables
• Lead a team of data scientists and analysts to develop long-term analytic products and execute advanced analytics
• Develop interactive dashboards and Power Platform applications to deliver actionable insights and decision support capabilities

Required qualifications

• Strong experience in data science, statistics, and operations research techniques
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL
• Experience in developing data visualizations and dashboards
• Leadership experience in managing analytic projects and mentoring team members
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field with 4+ years of relevant experience
