Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

Business-minded and detail-oriented, the full-time Senior Data Scientist will design and maintain predictive models to forecast member demand and optimize provider network capacity while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain predictive models for forecasting member demand and care utilization
• Develop analytical frameworks and translate data insights into actionable business recommendations
• Collaborate with teams to improve and scale forecasting processes as the company grows

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of data analysis experience, preferably in business forecasting and time series data
• Graduate-level coursework in Statistics or a related quantitative field is preferred
• Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation
• Expertise in SQL with experience writing complex queries
• Proficiency with Tableau or similar dashboarding tools
