Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

Collaborating with cross-functional partners, the full-time remote Senior Data Scientist will lead exploratory data analysis, develop and implement machine learning models, and mentor junior data scientists to drive data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement in business metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Lead exploratory data analysis to derive actionable insights and translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Develop, implement, and optimize statistical and machine learning models while ensuring their scalability
• Mentor junior data scientists and promote the adoption of data science products and models across the organization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
• 3+ years of progressively complex data science experience
• Extensive experience in developing and deploying algorithms using machine learning and statistical methods
• Expertise in modern analytics tools and programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on product development and rapid experimentation
