Senior Data Scientist
Job Summary
Supporting the analytics needs of Rula's Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) products, the full-time Senior Data Scientist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze metrics, improve billing workflows, and deliver actionable insights in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze complex account questions and uncover root causes to drive improvements in EHR platform performance
- Conduct A/B testing and interpret results to enhance billing workflows and operational efficiency
- Translate financial and operational data into clear insights that support sustainable growth and informed decision-making
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in analytics or data science, with 2+ years in financial analytics or operations analysis
- Proven ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders across various functions
- Strong experience in A/B testing, including design, deployment, and analysis
- Deep understanding of financial and operational metrics and their application in data-driven decision-making
- Expert proficiency in Python and/or SQL, along with experience using data visualization tools like Looker or Tableau
