Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

To drive strategic decision-making and operational efficiency, the full-time Senior Data Scientist will architect, deliver, and govern advanced analytics and machine learning solutions within a remote environment, focusing on healthcare and business strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, design, and deploy advanced statistical and machine learning solutions for enterprise-level decision-making
• Own the end-to-end analytical solution lifecycle, including data discovery, modeling, and performance monitoring
• Serve as a technical authority on model explainability and regulatory compliance, presenting findings to senior leadership

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in data science, statistics, mathematics, computer science, engineering, or a related field
• 7-10+ years of experience delivering advanced analytics or machine learning solutions in data-rich environments
• Prior experience in healthcare analytics (payer, provider, or regulated healthcare data domains)
• Proven experience deploying production analytics or ML solutions supporting critical business processes
• Extensive hands-on experience with the Microsoft analytics ecosystem, including Azure and Power BI
