Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

To support a growing AI-driven practice, the full-time Senior Data Scientist will help design, code, and improve predictive models and algorithms while collaborating with engineering and product teams in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Frame and measure decision problems by translating business asks into modeling tasks and evaluation frameworks
• Develop predictive models and decision logic, including training supervised learning models and implementing reinforcement learning approaches
• Design experiments and evaluate impact through A/B testing and analysis of experimental outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in applied data science or machine learning
• Strong Python and SQL skills with experience working with large datasets
• Experience in developing and evaluating supervised ML models
• Practical knowledge of experimentation and statistical reasoning
• Familiarity with reinforcement learning or decisioning frameworks
