Job Summary
Joining a collaborative team remotely, the full-time Senior Data Scientist will develop and apply advanced data science models to enhance Reddit's advertising platform, focusing on improving advertiser experience and performance through data-driven insights.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement data science solutions to improve the advertising platform and user experience

Required qualifications
- Advanced degree (Masters or Ph.D.) in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, or Operations Research
- 5+ years of industry experience in applied science or data science roles for M.S. holders; 4+ years for Ph.D. holders
- Deep understanding of the ads ecosystem and platform experience
- Strong knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and experimental design
- Proficiency in Python or R, with experience in machine learning libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
