Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

To support rapidly growing capabilities in data science and AI, the full-time Senior Data Scientist will lead high-impact initiatives, develop predictive models, and provide technical leadership while collaborating with clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Use and build predictive models to optimize customer experiences and business outcomes
• Lead projects from scoping through delivery, engaging with stakeholders to generate actionable insights
• Develop and deploy machine learning pipelines, leveraging AI tools to enhance data-driven decision-making

Required qualifications

• 4 years of work experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 2 years with an Advanced Degree, or 0 years with a PhD
• 4+ years of experience in data-driven decision-making or quantitative analysis, including exposure to LLMs and Generative AI
• Master's degree in a relevant technical field such as Statistics, Data Science, or Computer Science
• Experience analyzing large datasets using programming languages like Python and SQL
• Experience building predictive models using machine learning toolkits and platforms like Jupyter Notebooks
