Senior Data Scientist
Job Summary
Leading the development of innovative AI/ML technologies, the full-time Senior Data Scientist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape technical vision, drive AI safety initiatives, and create impactful LLM-driven applications in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop innovative solutions for AI safety and cyber detection in collaboration with team members
- Co-develop end-to-end research and development strategies, including data sourcing and advanced modeling
- Lead the research strategy for new GenAI agents/LLMs and mentor junior Data Scientists
Required qualifications:
- Advanced degree (PhD or Masters) in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- 7+ years of applied machine learning/research experience with production-grade models
- Deep expertise in LLM training or post-training/deployment at scale
- Strong technical leadership experience with a proven track record of mentoring teams
- Advanced knowledge of Python, Deep Learning frameworks, and cloud technologies
