Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

To develop and deploy machine learning and AI solutions that enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency, the full-time Senior Data Scientist will work remotely, focusing on model development, production deployment, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, evaluate, and deploy production machine learning models
• Develop predictive models for customer-related metrics such as churn, lead scoring, and marketing attribution
• Partner with various teams to translate business problems into scalable data science solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field; Master's or PhD preferred
• 5+ years of experience in Python, SQL, production machine learning, and predictive modeling
• Proven ability to deliver measurable business impact through data science and machine learning
• Expertise in machine learning techniques and statistical analysis
• Strong skills in cloud technologies and MLOps practices
