Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

Owning product and operational analytics, the full-time Senior Data Scientist will analyze performance metrics, define core company metrics, and partner with Product and Engineering to drive data-informed decisions in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product and operational analytics across the platform, including retention, cohort behavior, funnel performance, and engagement
• Define and maintain the core metrics the company runs on, ensuring consistent understanding across the organization
• Translate findings into clear recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences, including leadership

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data science or analytics, ideally in a product-driven environment
• BS or equivalent, with a strong analytical and logical reasoning track record
• Demonstrated depth in product or operational analytics, including retention and cohort analysis
• Strong SQL and fluency in Python or R for analysis
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for conveying complex analyses to non-technical audiences
