Job Summary

Bridging the gap between raw data and high-quality machine learning inputs, the full-time Senior Data Scientist will manipulate large 2D and 3D media datasets, ensuring data integrity and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with ML and Annotation engineers and TPMs to specify data and training requirements
• Oversee data strategy and pipeline to ensure datasets meet production-level machine learning standards
• Translate high-level project goals into actionable data specifications for engineering and annotation teams

Required qualifications

• Master's Degree or certification in Data Science or a related computational sciences field
• 3+ years of relevant industry experience in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment
• Proven experience as a Data Scientist in industries with complex multi-disciplinary teams
• Fluency with Python, Git, and Unix shell, along with familiarity with collaborative tools like Jira/Confluence and Slack
• Deep understanding of data science fundamentals and a strong mathematical background
