Senior Data Scientist
Job Summary
Supporting the Healthcare Sales & Distribution organization, the remote Senior Data Scientist will leverage applied data science and advanced analytics to enhance contact center sales operations, Medicare performance, and intelligent routing while collaborating with business and technology teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct advanced analysis on contact center interactions to improve sales conversion and customer experience
- Partner with Sales and Operations teams to optimize Medicare and Direct-to-Consumer contact center performance
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to translate requirements into actionable insights
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, or business intelligence roles
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Databricks, and enterprise cloud analytics environments
- Experience in contact center operations, sales operations, or healthcare functions
- Ability to work across the solution lifecycle, including requirements gathering and data validation
- Demonstrated skill in translating business requirements into technical implementations
