Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

Leading complex machine learning and advanced analytics workstreams, the full-time Remote Senior Data Scientist III will develop and deploy production-grade models for customer intelligence and behavioral prediction while providing technical guidance to teams and ensuring model reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, validate, and deploy machine learning models for customer segmentation and behavioral prediction
• Own the full model lifecycle, including data exploration, feature engineering, and performance monitoring
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to prioritize high-impact analytical solutions and communicate findings to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field with 5-8+ years of experience in applied machine learning or data science
• Expert proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience in developing and deploying machine learning solutions end-to-end
• Strong foundation in statistical modeling, customer analytics, and responsible AI practices
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and modern data ecosystems
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including engagement with leadership and clients
