Job Summary
Proactive in uncovering insights, the full-time remote Senior Product Data Scientist will manage projects related to product performance analysis, experimentation, and applied analytics while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making.
Key responsibilities
- Identify growth opportunities and risks by analyzing data and understanding patient behaviors
- Design experiments and establish success metrics in partnership with Product and Operations teams
- Lead analyses on patient growth and clinician utilization to deliver actionable insights to leadership
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or related fields with measurable business impact
- Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience in modern data warehouses
- Strong foundation in experimental design, causal inference, and statistical methods
- Exceptional communication skills for framing technical findings for stakeholders
- Experience on a Product growth team is a plus
