Senior Data Scientist
Job Summary
Working remotely on a contract-to-hire basis, the Senior Data Scientist will lead the development of AI models, analyze call center interactions, and apply advanced NLP and LLM techniques to enhance customer experience and digital self-service initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle development of AI models from data analysis to model refinement
- Analyze call center interactions to identify service drivers and efficiency gaps
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to operationalize analytical outputs into dashboards and reusable assets
Required qualifications
- Minimum 3 years in data science or advanced analytics with end-to-end model delivery experience
- Hands-on proficiency in SQL and Python for analysis and modeling
