Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

To support a growing data science practice, the full-time Senior Data Scientist will develop and scale data science capabilities, architect production-ready models, and partner cross-functionally to transform complex datasets into actionable business insights, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy predictive models that enhance personalization, retention, and monetization strategies
• Quantify the impact of business initiatives through experimentation and establish metrics to track strategic growth
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Product teams to translate insights into scalable data products

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or applied analytics in product-driven environments
• Deep expertise in statistical modeling, experimental design, and causal inference
• Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python preferred)
• Experience with large-scale data systems such as Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, or Spark
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
