Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

To support a growing data science team, the full-time Senior Data Scientist will advise on analysis and modeling techniques, collaborate with analytics engineers, and conduct exploratory analysis to drive actionable insights and optimize business performance, with the option to work remotely from select US states or from the office in Lititz, PA.

Key responsibilities

• Advising on analysis and modeling techniques and developing custom analytics models for complex data
• Collaborating with analytics engineers to implement advanced statistical methodologies and design interventions
• Conducting exploratory analysis, including hypothesis testing and statistical inference, to translate business problems into data science solutions

Required qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Science or a PhD in a related field
• Advanced skills in Python and SQL
• Proven ability with statistical methods and advanced modeling techniques, particularly in ecommerce-related areas
• Demonstrable portfolio of machine learning projects
• Familiarity with various supervised/unsupervised/reinforcement learning methods
