Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Senior Data Scientist on the Data & Analytics team, the candidate will build and productionize machine learning models, develop agentic AI tools, and create self-serve data products to enhance analytics capabilities across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and productionize machine learning models, managing the entire model lifecycle from feature engineering to performance monitoring
• Collaborate with engineering to integrate models into existing pipelines and build internal analytics products for non-technical stakeholders
• Drive adoption of tools and systems by documenting processes and training users to self-serve on data queries and insights

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in data science with a proven track record of deploying machine learning models
• Proficiency in SQL and Python, with experience in cloud data warehouses (BigQuery preferred)
• Hands-on experience with traditional machine learning techniques and a strong understanding of statistical principles
• Experience building LLM-powered applications and agentic systems, with a focus on responsible AI development
• Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders and drive real adoption of analytics tools
