Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

To support the Key Measures Model (KMM) engine, the remote Senior Data Scientist will focus on advanced analytics and analytical solution development, driving provider engagement and quality performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement prioritization logic and measure enhancements for KMM products
• Develop, validate, and optimize analytical frameworks and scoring methodologies
• Own the full development lifecycle from problem definition to implementation support and monitoring

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience developing analytical solutions using machine learning and related techniques
• 3+ years of experience with SQL, Python, PySpark, and large-scale cloud-based data platforms
• 1+ years of experience leveraging AI/ML tools for workflow automation and analytical enhancement
• Demonstrated ability to translate analytical logic into scalable, production-ready solutions
• Proven skills in collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams
