Senior Data Scientist

Job Summary

To support the Enterprise Data Science & Engineering team, the hybrid Senior Data Scientist will provide technical leadership in developing and deploying advanced machine learning and AI solutions to enhance Crop Protection product development while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data science initiatives, including opportunity identification, data preparation, model development, and deployment
• Drive innovation by evaluating and applying emerging technologies, such as Generative and Agentic AI, to address complex challenges
• Mentor junior data scientists and collaborate with stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into scalable analytical solutions

Required Qualifications

• M.S. with 5+ years of industry experience, or Ph.D. in a relevant quantitative field
• Deep expertise in Machine Learning and AI, including deep learning and neural networks
• Proven ability to independently lead complex data science projects from concept to production deployment
• Experience with Python, R, or related data science technologies for developing scalable analytical solutions
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with a track record of influencing outcomes across teams
