Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Data Scientist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Model data and create visualizations to report to stakeholders and deliver insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and track intervention effectiveness
- Lead the development of data models and infrastructure to measure outcomes and support business initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- Experience working with healthcare data such as claims, prior auth, and electronic health records
- Proficiency in analytical, data modeling, and data transformation
- Experience with medical claims, pharmacy claims, eligibility files, and other relevant healthcare data
- Familiarity with DBT, Python or R, and Looker or similar BI tools
- Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
