Senior Data Scientist (AI/ML)

Job Summary

To support rapidly growing capabilities in data science and AI, the full-time Senior Data Scientist (AI/ML) will lead high-impact initiatives, develop predictive models, and engage with clients to deliver actionable insights using large-scale datasets.

Key responsibilities

• Use and build predictive models to optimize customer experiences and business outcomes
• Provide technical leadership and generate business insights from large-scale data
• Develop and deploy machine learning pipelines to deliver insights from transaction data

Required qualifications

• 4 years of work experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 2 years with an Advanced Degree, or 0 years with a PhD
• 4+ years of experience in data-driven decision-making or quantitative analysis
• Master's degree in a relevant technical field such as Data Science or Computer Science
• Experience analyzing large datasets using programming languages like Python or SQL
• Experience building predictive models using machine learning toolkits
