Senior Data Scientist - Loss Forecasting

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Scientist, Loss Forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop quantitative/machine learning models to forecast product losses
• Analyze complex datasets to understand the performance and drivers for losses across various products
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure correct loss expectations and trend of losses are communicated effectively and executed appropriately

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of loss forecasting experience with a Master's or PhD degree
• Proficient in Python, SQL, and Tableau
• Experienced in model development and data analysis
• Good understanding in basic Statistical / Machine learning models
• Prior experience in credit loss forecasting is a must
