Job Summary

Driving the lifecycle of data science initiatives, the full-time Senior Data Scientist (PA Licensed) will develop and implement complex AI models in population health, translating data into actionable insights while mentoring junior team members in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and manage data science projects from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring alignment with healthcare outcomes
• Build and deploy advanced analytics to predict healthcare utilization and inform care delivery changes for high-risk populations
• Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to convert analytic findings into actionable care pathway recommendations

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field (required)
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in data science, preferably in healthcare
• Expertise in machine learning algorithms and advanced statistical analysis
• Familiarity with healthcare data sources such as Epic Clarity and claims data
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL
