Job Summary

Leading the strategy and implementation of applied AI and natural language processing solutions, the full-time Senior Data Scientist, Remote, will enhance healthcare delivery and operational efficiency through technical leadership and innovative analytics capabilities.

Key responsibilities:

• Establish technical direction for NLP, large language models, and applied AI capabilities
• Design and implement AI-enabled operational solutions and scalable frameworks for future AI development
• Lead complex analytical initiatives, translating ambiguous business challenges into structured solutions

Required qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in analytics or data science
• 3+ years of experience applying machine learning and natural language processing to business problems
• 2+ years of experience designing and implementing data pipelines and automated workflows
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and model development
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex analytical initiatives from problem definition through implementation
