Senior Data Scientist with Clearance

Job Summary

Supporting the USSOCOM POTFF program, the full-time Senior Data Scientist with Clearance will identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance the well-being of Special Operations Forces and their families, utilizing advanced data analysis and machine learning techniques in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Expertly interpret data using statistical analysis and advanced data mining techniques
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on data analytics and decision technology methods
• Lead project management activities to ensure timely execution of data-driven initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with 7+ years in data analysis/science
• Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field preferred
• Strong understanding of machine learning techniques and experience with data visualization tools
• Expertise in SQL and relational databases, with experience handling large datasets
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a technical team
