Senior Data Scientist with Secret Clearance

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Data Scientist with Secret Clearance to provide analytical leadership and advanced statistical modeling for the National Background Investigation Services, focusing on machine learning workflows and predictive analytics in a secure cloud environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Formulate and apply advanced statistical frameworks and experimental designs to large federal datasets
• Design and deploy end-to-end machine learning pipelines, aligning with Agile SAFe methodologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning models into high-volume processing pipelines

Required qualifications:

• Active U.S. Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field with 10-12 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 8-10 years, or a PhD with 5-7 years
• Extensive proficiency in advanced statistical methods and machine learning algorithms
• Mastery of Python and advanced SQL for handling large datasets
• Experience with AWS GovCloud, including tools like SageMaker and Redshift
