Senior Data Security Consultant

Job Summary

To support client engagements, the full-time Senior Data Security Consultant will oversee implementations of Proofpoint Data Security products, develop new services, and ensure successful service delivery while collaborating with various teams to address customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Scope client engagements by assessing operations, gathering requirements, and recommending optimized solutions
• Provide strategic program design solutions to help clients protect and manage sensitive data
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and present updates on risks and challenges

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of industry experience in a customer-facing role
• 8+ years of experience in IT consulting or related fields
• Familiarity with data security domains, including Insider Threat Management and Cloud Security
• Strong executive-level communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and mitigate escalations
