Key Responsibilities

• Support clients with communication regarding brand lift methodology and product features
• Train customers on the proprietary cross-platform campaign measurement software
• Compile and analyze data from various sources to achieve clients' measurement goals

Required Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of experience in project management or client-facing roles
• Proficient in Excel, including advanced features like Pivot Tables & VLOOKUP
• Experience in advertising operations or market research technology is preferred
• Knowledge of digital media campaigns and survey design tools
• Flexibility to adapt in a changing market research technology landscape
