Senior Data Solutions Architect

Job Summary

Leading strategic data architecture initiatives, the full-time Senior Data Solutions Architect will manage the implementation of enterprise-level data solutions remotely, collaborating with senior leadership to drive digital transformation and enhance analytics capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Leads data architecture strategy and execution, guiding cross-functional teams and managing multidisciplinary implementation efforts
• Contributes to the development and execution of the enterprise data and analytics strategy, aligning data architectures with organizational objectives
• Champions Data Stewardship, ensuring data completeness, accuracy, and governance while driving organizational maturity in data literacy and analytics enablement

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 15+ years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years, or Master's Degree with 8+ years of relevant experience
• Demonstrated mastery of OLTP and OLAP database modeling and data architecture methods
• Proven track record in designing and implementing strategic system roadmaps and incorporating emerging data technologies
• Extensive healthcare industry experience, including electronic health records, interoperability, and HIPAA/data security
• Experience with Oracle Fusion, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and other Oracle data tools is highly preferred
