Senior Data Solutions Architect
Job Summary
To support a data-driven transformation in healthcare, the full-time Senior Data Solutions Architect will design and lead the delivery of scalable, secure data solutions in a remote environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and serving as a technical lead on projects.
Key responsibilities
- Architect and deliver end-to-end data solutions across cloud-native environments, primarily AWS and Databricks
- Define scalable architecture patterns and maintain documentation for data workflows and platform integrations
- Collaborate with product and delivery teams to translate business needs into secure and sustainable data architectures
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8-10+ years of experience in solution architecture, data engineering, or platform engineering roles
- Proven ability to architect modern data platforms using AWS technologies and Databricks
- Strong understanding of data modeling, governance, and security practices, particularly in healthcare or government domains
- Experience with architecture documentation tools and leading solutioning efforts in a pre-sales context
