Senior Data Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Driving the design and implementation of enterprise-scale data architecture, the full-time Senior Data Solutions Engineer will lead a team remotely, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices in data governance.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the data strategy to align with organizational goals and technology roadmaps
• Architect scalable and secure data platforms, including data lakes and streaming data pipelines
• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team to deliver high-quality data solutions

Required qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a DHS Public Trust suitability determination
• 10+ years of experience in data engineering or architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Deep expertise in major cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
• Expert-level knowledge of SQL and programming languages such as Python, Scala, or Java
• Proven experience in designing and building ETL/ELT pipelines using modern integration tools
