Job Summary

Joining the BT Prep team as a part-time Senior Data Specialist - Digital Scanning, the successful candidate will prepare files for validation software, ensure proper organization of documents, and maintain client confidentiality while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare files for submission into validation software
• Ensure accurate use of separator sheets for document organization within Adobe
• Follow company procedures to maintain client confidentiality

Required qualifications:

• Participation in BT Prep for the 2026 Spring Tax Season is mandatory
• High school diploma or GED is required
• Availability for a minimum of 30 hours per week, spread across at least four days
• Strong computer skills with a quick learning ability
• High attention to detail and adherence to procedures
