Senior Data Steward

Job Summary

To support a results-oriented team, the full-time salaried Senior Data Steward will manage master data within the organization's systems, participate in the design and implementation of a data governance program, and ensure data quality and compliance in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain master and reference data in Master Data Management (MDM) and ERP systems
• Facilitate cross-functional data set-up activities to ensure compliance with business processes
• Lead large projects aimed at improving data quality and optimizing processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience or Master's degree with 3 years of relevant experience, or 9 years of relevant work experience without a degree
• Proficiency in SQL and experience analyzing large datasets
• Strong knowledge of data management, governance, and quality standards
• Demonstrated ability to drive innovative change across stakeholders
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
