Senior Data Steward

Job Summary

To enhance data governance initiatives, the full-time salaried Senior Data Steward will manage master data in MDM and ERP systems, facilitate cross-functional data activities, and ensure data quality in a hybrid work environment requiring occasional on-site presence in Baltimore.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain master and reference data in MDM and ERP systems
• Facilitate cross-functional data set-up activities to meet business process milestones
• Lead large projects to improve data quality and optimize processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience or Master's degree with 3 years of relevant experience, or 9 years of relevant work experience without a degree
• Proficiency with SQL and analyzing large datasets
• Demonstrated ability to communicate the value of data integrity and governance
• Strong knowledge of business processes and data quality standards
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
