Job Summary

Leading enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives, the full-time Senior Data Strategist will develop long-term data strategies and build scalable research data infrastructure while working remotely across Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute long-term data strategy initiatives
• Build scalable research data infrastructure and analytics environments
• Lead cross-functional technical and digital transformation projects

Required qualifications

• Strong experience in data strategy, research informatics, or scientific digital transformation
• Background within biotech, pharma, life sciences, or healthcare
• Experience leading cross-functional technical teams
• Strong understanding of data engineering and analytics infrastructure
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
