Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Bridge Data Support Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Improve user experience for MLS customers and brokers with Bridge Interactive products
• Oversee Agreement Management and API products, including mapping updates and metadata requests
• Support the establishment of customer support processes for Bridge products and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in the Residential Real Estate Industry
• Familiarity with RETS/API, Postman, SQL, and Zendesk is advantageous
• Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities
• Ability to articulate complex technical issues clearly
• Exceptional organizational proficiency and ability to work independently and collaboratively
