Senior Data Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Team Lead to manage clinical data management services for global trials in a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage end-to-end delivery of data management services for clinical trials, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget compliance
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, lead negotiations, and maintain strong relationships while ensuring contractual obligations are fulfilled
• Provide mentorship and training to junior staff, oversee service performance, and implement quality management plans

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health, clinical, biological, or mathematical sciences or a related field
• Minimum of 15 years in clinical data management, including at least 10 years in a project leadership role managing global trials
• Advanced knowledge of data management processes and clinical trial technologies
• Strong understanding of Good Clinical Practices, regulatory guidelines, and the clinical drug development process
• Proven ability to lead complex customer negotiations and manage stakeholder communications
