Senior Data Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Team Lead to oversee clinical data management services for global trials in a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of data management services for clinical trials, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget compliance
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, leading negotiations and maintaining strong relationships
• Provide mentorship to junior staff and oversee service performance, implementing quality management plans and driving process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health, clinical, biological, or mathematical sciences or a related field
• Minimum of 15 years in clinical data management, with at least 10 years in a project leadership role managing global trials
• Advanced knowledge of data management processes and clinical trial technologies
• Strong understanding of Good Clinical Practices and regulatory guidelines
• Proven ability to lead complex customer negotiations and manage stakeholder communications
