Senior Data Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Team Lead to oversee clinical data management services for global trials in a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of data management services
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients
• Provide mentorship to junior team members and oversee performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health, clinical, biological, or mathematical sciences or a related field
• Minimum of 10+ years in clinical data management, including at least 10 years in a project leadership role managing global trials
• Strong knowledge of data management processes, including SAE reconciliation and vendor data integration
• Understanding of Good Clinical Practices, regulatory guidelines, and the clinical drug development process
