Senior Data Warehouse Engineer

Job Summary

Senior Data Warehouse Engineer, a full-time remote position, is responsible for providing technical leadership and strategic guidance in the architecture, implementation, maintenance, and support of data warehousing systems and toolsets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops strategies for data architecture and governance, ensuring security, accuracy, performance, and availability
• Designs and implements data models to support analytics and reporting initiatives, while maintaining thorough documentation
• Monitors data warehouse loads and resolves data quality issues in collaboration with relevant stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in relational database design and data warehouse design
• In-depth knowledge of T-SQL, Microsoft SQL Server, SQL Server Reporting Services, and Power BI
• Experience with Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and Microsoft Fabric
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and additional Azure resources related to data warehousing
• Knowledge of DAX is a plus
